Payment Terms
Plaster of Paradise accepts visa, mastercard, American express and discover card. Net 30.

Damaged Goods
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping
Depending on your location shipping is approximately 10-15% of the order total using UPS or Fed Ex ground.

Return Policy

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order
• Customer service must authorize refunds and returns in advance
• All products must be returned in original packaging
• Refunds will exclude original shipping charge
• Return shipping charge to be paid by customer
• Merchandise damaged during shipping will be deducted from credit/refund
• All custom plastercraft is not returnable
